Our home is in a secure gated community. The home occupies one of the best sites in the community overlooking a large lake featuring an illuminated fountain. A southerly aspect ensures all day sunshine on the patio/pool area. The home is a mere 10 minute drive from the spectacular beaches on popular Marco Island and 15 minutes or so drive, into Downtown Naples. There is a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby and the Everglades is right on your doorstep. Golf courses are everywhere! Our home is superbly equipped and will provides a superb base, from which, to tour South West Florida.

Notes on prices
Prices are for parties upto 4 for a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
Please add an additional £50 per week for lets of less than 14 nights. For parties of 5 or 6 please add £50 per person to the above prices. Electric pool heating is available at a cost of £80.00 per week.
Changeover day
We are flexible on change over days.

| Bedrooms: | Master Bedroom has a king size bed and its own TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite to master nBathroom with 'his and hers' vanity units, corner bath tub, walk-in shower and WC. Bathroom 2 is adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3 and has a combo bath shower/tub, vanity unit and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen features beautiful white finished 42'' cabinetry with complementing white Corian worktop,Large side by side fridge and freezer with ice-making dispenser. The breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen has a table and chairs. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The great room has a sofa and love seat with matching sofa. |
| Other: | The Family room has a large flat screen TV, CD Player and a Music centre. The dning room features a beautiful glass topped table and both rooms are accesssorised with Oriental Antiques. |

The property is cleaned prior to guests arriving and If required, cleans can be arranged at regular intervals during long lets. All Towels and linen is provided. |

Notes on accommodation
It is recommended that the swimming pool is heated between Mid October and Mid May.
Accessibility
The home is all on one level,so would be suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The swimming pool is 28 x14' and can be heated lectrically.It has a hand rail for easy access and two waterfall features.
The lanai has a covered area with a patio table and chairs, sun loungers, overhead fan and loverly views of the lake.
Coast/Beach
It'sd a 10 minute drive to the beach.
Golf
There are numerous Golf Courses in the vacinity.
Travel
Fort Myers is the closest International Airport,approximately an hours drive,whilst Miami(direct flights from the UK) is a 2 hour drive away.
Distances
The beaches on beautiful Marco Island are a 10 minute drive. Downtown Naples is approximately a 15 minutes drive and the Everglades are right on the doorstep.
