Our delightful villa is situated close to Highway 27 and the 192 in Davenport, Orlando and backs onto the 4th tee of the Polo Park East Golf course. Disney itself is a 15 minute drive, so all you could wish for is close at hand to ensure the holiday of a lifetime. Relax and enjoy our charming home, extremely well furnished and offering a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. Spend the end of each day relaxing by the pool under the lanai or taking a refreshing dip after your trip to one of the Disney theme parks or play pool or air hockey in the converted garage. If you want to be at the heart of the theme parks and a golfing community (the golf course runs right through the middle of the development) then look no further!

Changeover day
The villa is to be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure but this is flexible. Arrival time is after 4pm.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 spacious master bedroom with king size bed, cable TV and ensuite. Windows overlook the pool and a patio door to lanai.
Bedroom 2: second master with queen size bed & cable TV.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: twin beds both with cable TVs and DVD players.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to master bedroom with separate shower, circular bath, wc, 2 vanity basins, hairdryer and door to poolside.
2nd bathroom with wc, bath with shower over and vanity basin and hairdryer.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including: cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and full range of cookware and tableware and telephone. There is also a family dining area which overlooks the pool.
Utility Room: The utility room has a large capacity washing machine and tumble drier as well as an iron and ironing board. There is also a door leading to the garage.
Living Rooms: The family room adjacent to the kitchen has cable TV, music centre, PS2 and DVD player. There is a more formal very spacious lounge which includes the sofabed and a large second dining area.
Other: The garage has been converted to a games room and includes a full size pool table and air hockey table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The villa will have already been cleaned before you arrive and all linen and towels will be available. There is also a cupboard in the hall between the 3 bedrooms which is full of extra towels should they be required.

 

Notes on accommodation
There are safety alarms fitted to the patio doors and bathroom door leading to the pool ensuring that you are aware when the doors have been opened. This makes the villa very child friendly.

The clubhouse to Polo Park East golf course is within walking distance. The course is a 9 hole Par 3 course and clubs and golf carts can be hired at the clubhouse.

Travel
Orlando International airport is approx. 30 minutes drive from the villa.
Sanford International and Tampa airports are approx. 1 hour drive from the villa.

Booking notes
A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking and the final balance is due to be paid 60 days before your departure date. A refundable security deposit of £200/$300 is required to ensure no damage is done to the property but is returned to you on your arrival back home.
