Our home has the benefit of a westerly rear aspect, with beautiful sunsets and stunning views across the lake, which is inhabited by many different bird and duck species. The development has its own communal park, with a tennis court and walks around the large natural lake. You can walk out to restaurants, bars and the cinema, and visit the shop to you drop 'De Soto Square' shopping mall, which is a short drive away. Anna Maria Island's beautiful sandy beaches are a 7 minute drive away. Clearwater and St Petersburg are reached within 40 minutes via a spectacular drive across Tampa Bay's sunshine skyway, and you can get to the central Florida theme parks in and hour and a half. Busch Gardens is under an hour.

The closest Airport is Bradenton/Sarasota, just 20 minutes away.
For guests wishing to fly direct from the UK, then Tampa Airport (British Airways) is under an hour.

Our home is unusual,in as muich as guests can easily walk to restaurants, bars and even a Cinema, close by.

There is a 25% deposit required and the final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property.
