Price is for the property per week in UK Pounds and US Dollars.
Minimum stays 4 days. Additional cleaning charge of £45/ US$60 applicable to all stays under 7 days.
Payment can be made in US Dollars using paypal.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but departure must be by 10.00 a.m. and arrival no earlier than 4.00pm to allow for cleaning.

| Kitchen: | Fridge Freezer with ice maker, Electric Range with extractor hood, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker and Electric Kettle. Blender, Toaster and full set of crockery and utensils. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Carpeted lounge/dining area with satellite TV and DVD player. Queen sofa bed and separate sofa together with occasional furniture in lounge area, dining table and chairs, breakfast bar. |
| Other: | Enclosed lanai to rear of property with loungers ,table and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linens and towels are provided free of charge apart from pool towels. The house is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning and /or linens during your stay can be arranged locally at additional cost. |

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 /US$200 is required on all bookings up to 14 nights with balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made by cheque bankers draft or credit card (taken in dollars) through the paypal system.
There is a 3% charge for this service.
Security deposits may be required at the owners discretion.
