Our home sits on a large South Westerly facing plot and has been extensively landscaped to provide seclusion, without detracting from the magical outlook across the large lake, which is inhabited at various times by a host of bird species and the local turtles. The pool area is very private and enjoys wonderful year round sunsets and lots of warm sunshine late into the evening. The home is situated in a secure community with facilities that include a club house, children’s play area, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer pitch and a large communal swimming pool.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Prices are fully inclusive for upto 6 occupants. For parties of 7-11 please add £50 per person per week. For lets of less than 2 weeks, please add a 'contribution' to the cleaning fee of £75.(Absorbed for 14+ nights). Electric pool heating is available at £85 per week. We can accept payment in US Dollars (cheque or wire) and also by Visa or Master card.

Notes on accommodation
The bedroom layout of the home has been designed to accommodate two family occupancy, having two bedrooms situated either side with a bathroom directly between. The sleeping sections are doored off from the main living areas to allow movement between the bedrooms and bathrooms, without the need to transit via the communal living areas, making the home ideal for two family or indeed 3 couple occupancy. The two large master bedrooms have been built either side of the pool, providing a private secure courtyard feel to the pool area. Both master bedrooms have direct access to the pool area via their own patio doors.

Outside
The private and secluded swimming pool is rectangular and is 28' by 14'. It can be heated by way of an electric heat pump.
Coast/Beach
Naples has beautiful sandy beaches, many of which, are within a 10 minutes drive of our home.
Golf
Naples has large number of golf course's, most of which are open to the public.
Travel
The closest airport in Fort Myers International which is approx 40 mins drive of Naples. For travellers wishing to fly 'direct' from the UK then Miami (BA, Virgin and American from Heathrow) is a 2 hour drive.
Further details
There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurents with in 10 minute drive. Naples is the Gateway to the Everglades.
Booking notes
There is a 25% deposit to pay on booking and the final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival at the property. A £250 security deposit is requested.
