If you wish to find a perfect relaxing location in which to unwind, look no further than Dolphin Creek Villa. Windward at Cape Haze is neighbours with the island of Boca Grande, home to millionaires with its restaurants and beaches. Behind Dolphin Creek Villa is the serene Coral Creek leading out into the Gulf. You can watch the fabulous sunrise, then spend the day boating, fishing from your private dock (the fish jump out of the water right in front of you!), watching the manatee playing, or just enjoying the large pool and spa with its electric heating (better than solar for year round heating). In front of the villa is the Cape Haze Links golf course and there are many more local courses. Set on a lot and a half with a fantastic view and a large garden, including an orchard. All the bedrooms have a water view and cable TV. The family room has cable TV and a DVD player. The games room has air hockey, table football and a PS2. Free high speed internet, just bring a laptop.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All prices include 12% taxes £100 per week surcharge when there are 9 or 10 guests. £200 per week surcharge when there are 11 or 12 guests. Optional pool and spa heat is available for £120 per week. Discount available for stays over 3 weeks.
Changeover day
We can often be flexible with changeover day but this may not be possible at peak times.

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with automatic ice dispenser, kettle and coffee maker. All pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. |

Notes on accommodation
All doors leading to the creek/pool area are alarmed for children's safety. Many other child friendly features including children’s games, toys; 2 cribs/cots, 2 highchairs; 3 single strollers. We have a local management company who are available if you need any assistance and they provide a 24 hour emergency service.
Accessibility
Dolphin Creek Villa is suitable for wheelchair users as it has no steps and has a roll in shower.
Outside
Dolphin Creek Villa has a large private swimming pool & spa, inside a private screened lanai with sun loungers, chairs, tables etc. provided. Pool and spa heating is electric and optional. A selection of inflatable toys are provided. There is an outdoor gas BBQ grill. Dolphin Creek is a waterfront villa with spectacular views over Coral Creek which has access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has a private dock with fishing including mullet, snapper, snook, sheeps head, trout, redfish and blue crab. Fishing rods and a net are there for you to use.
Coast/Beach
The local beaches have toilets, BBQs and picnic areas. Parking is available for a nominal fee (usually $2). Boca Grande 15 mins drive. Englewood beach 15 mins drive. Stump Pass 18 mins drive. Manasota Beach 20 mins drive. Middle Beach (Blind Pass Beach) 20 mins drive. Siesta Key 60 mins drive.

There are restaurants are within a 5 minute drive, and there are so many fabulous restaurants locally.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance and refundable security deposit (£200/$300) is payable 10 weeks before you go. Payment in GB£ or US$ accepted by cheque/check and bank transfer.
