Spacious, well-furnished holiday home on beautifully kept site only 20 minutes from Disney parks. Ideal for smaller parties or families with young children. There is a large communal pool at Palm Keys complete with umbrellas and sunloungers, children's pool, clubhouse with veranda, tennis courts and kiddies swings and slides, and on-site fitness room and internet access. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete with large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and utility area with washing and drying machines. The large living room has comfortable seating with TV, video and music system, and a dining area. The master bedroom is a double, the second has bunks sleeping 3 – a double at the bottom, single on top and there is also a fully-sprung double sofa bed in the sitting room. Cot and highchair are available and there is plentiful bedding for up to 7 people. Outside there is a car port and lanai (a screened seating area with garden furniture).

Notes on accommodation
Palm Keys Village is extremely well maintained by the on-site agents who provide an ongoing programme of cleaning and maintenance to ensure that visitors to the site find all the facilities a pleasure to use.
The swimming and children's pools are situated directly behind the club house, which has pool tables and comfortable seating, and there is the added bonus of a children's playground and tennis course. The agents also have a well-equipped gym and provide internet access for a small fee.

Accessibility
A ramp can be provided to ensure wheelchair access. Inside, the property is margely open plan, and the main bedroom has double door access to the bathroom.

Outside
Palm Keys is beautifully landscaped and the grounds are maintained to the highest standards. There is a shared, heated swimming pool with clubhouse literally 2 minutes walk from this property, and a children's playground. At the proerty itself, the screened lanai has a table and chairs for outside dining.

Coast/Beach
Approximately one and a half hours drive from Atlantic/Space coast (Cocoa beach, Cape Canaveral etc) and also from Gulf coast (Tampa, Treasure Island, Clearwater)

Travel
20 miles from Orlando International Airport, but also highly accessible from Sanford. Miami is 200 miles, but a straight drive all the way on Highway 27. Car hire is essential.

Distances
The area is rapidly expanding and ideal for accessing all Orlando has to offer - all the main theme parks are within easy driving distance, with Disney only 20 minutes away. Nearby facilities include golf courses, restaurants, banks and supermarkets.

Further details
This property is situated in a quiet, peaceful development on the popular Highway 27, only 20 minutes from Disney and within easy driving distance of the rest of Orlando's amazing theme parks, water parks, shopping and outlet malls and numerous other attractions. Within easy reach locally there are shops and restaurants to suit every taste - the nearest supermarket is Publix, within a few minutes drive, and the same shopping area also has an Indian restaurant and Chinese and Pizza take-aways. There is a large, brand-new Walmarts store less than 15 minutes away on the 27, and along this road can also be found a variety of restaurants and fast food outlets. Just a few minutes further on and Highway 192 brings a wide variety of places to eat, including Houlihan's, Outback steak house, TGI Fridays and Carribara's, and some of Florida's famous buffets such as Angel's steak and lobster feast. There are excellent golf courses nearby and both the Gulf and Space coasts are accessible.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% of the rental cost is payable at time of booking, the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the date of commencement of rental. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar will be provided and the US agent will contact you within 24 hours of your arrival or Monday if arrival is at the weekend. A credit card deposit of $250 dollars against any damages will be taken by the US agents, which will be deleted on satisfactory inspection of the property after letting.

Guest comments
The directions were easy to follow and the property was just as described. It was squeaky clean when we arrived. Perfect for two adults and up to 2 children. Publix supermarket just up the road, and plenty of places to eat within a few minutes, also petrol nearby. 20 minutes to Disney. Great pool and swings, climbing frame etc within yards, Would recommend it and would go back, given half the chance!

Loved this place. Got back yesterday and didn't want to leave, actually stayed an extra day because we loved it so much. It is a very peaceful place, I just loved taking my 23 month year old daughter for a walk and felt so safe.

We LLLOOOOVVEEDDD our time in Florida and the house was perfect! Larger than what we thought and so well equipped! Everything we needed was there and for me, the OCD Queen, the cleanliness was better than magnificent.
