Our immaculate first floor (Eng), second floor (US) condo is furnished to a high standard. It has a king-sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardobe. There is a further double bedded room with adjacent bathroom. A fully fitted kitchen with all appliances adjoins the dining area. The comfortable sitting area has sliding doors leading out to the West facing lanai, overlooking a natural wildlife lake. Guests have the use of the Country Club, pool, restaurant, tennis courts and fitness centre. Lely Barefoot Beach is 10 minutes away by car. Downtown Naples is 20 minutes away.

Sterling Oaks is situated close the county line in north Naples and is accessed from the Tamiami Trail. One mile to the north is Bonita Springs, the nearest shopping centre.
Further details
Sterling Oaks is a gated community, consisting of mainly Private homes, with 100 acres of natural preserve. It is a tennis community, with a floodlit facility and pro-shop, and coaching is available. As the owners are not themselves members of the tennis club, there would be an extra charge for use of this facility. The pool, located next to the club house, also boasts a jacuzzi and pool-side patio bar. A new (2009) fully equipped fitness room is situated below the club house. The many beautiful beaches and National Parks facilities of the Gulf Coast are within a short distance, and the Everglades National Park is 30 miles to the East. South West Florida has strict conservation laws to protect the natural habitat of wildlife in serene nature preserves.
The town of Naples has many award winning restaurants to suit all tastes. Fifth Avenue hosts exclusive boutiques, fine shops, and art and antiques galleries; and there is a world class performing arts centre and art gallery, as well as several 'live' theatres and cinema complexes.
