This Key West style villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms with balconies overlooking the waterway from every floor. It has internet access and recently has had the pool deck extended. All bedrooms have their own TV's and ceiling fans

Notes on accommodation
Please note the home is possibly not suitable for very small children due to the open balustrade at the top of the stairs. We can forward you a photograph of the stairway.
Outside
The home has a south facing pool 30ft by 15ft and pool deck area, ideal for watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is shallow at both ends with a depth of 6ft in the middle. There is lots of space to relax round the pool area with plenty of sun loungers and a large patio table seating 8 people. BBQ also supplied. The first floor balcony off the kitchen and lounge also has chairs to relax in and a small dining table and chairs. The balcony off the master bedroom has loungers for you to relax on.
Coast/Beach
Only a 5 minute walk to Manasota beach where there are picnic facilities, BBQ's, toilets and a lifeguard station. Englewood beach is only 10 minutes drive away and the same to Venice Beach.
Golf
There are at least 10 golf courses within 20 minutes drive including Pelican Pointe in Venice and Lake Venice.
Travel
Airports - Tampa is 1 hours away and Orlando International is 2 hours drive away.
Distances
5 minutes drive to local supermarkets and shops. 10 minutes drive to Venice town centre. 25 minutes drive to Sarasota.
Further details
You can fish at Venice Pier, play tennis at the public courts in Venice. Boats can be hired for numerous places in the area. You can visit Busch Gardens which is only an hour away and the theme parks in Orlando only 2 hours drive away.
Booking notes
We ask for a £100 per week booking deposit and and also ask for a £200 security deposit which is refunded two weeks after your return. Full balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A stay of less than 7 nights will incur a £75 cleaning fee.
