This family owned 4 bed villa is situated in the prestige development of Windwood bay. The property is 4 years old, air-conditioned, and is furnished and upgraded to a very high standard, with most rooms having Cindy Crawford designed furniture. All rooms are individually designed. The heated pool & spa, which is south facing and not overlooked by any houses, neighbours, main roads. The villa comes fully equipped no need for anything. The games room is fully equipped including 3 bikes, darts, pool, air hockey and table football. The bedrooms are large specially the master which is en-suited with a massive walk in closet. The children's room is tastily designed in a pirate theme. Towels & linen are included. The kitchen has top of the range whirlpool gold appliances which include a massive American fridge, all bedrooms have flat screen TVs with cable TV, double garage(which has been converted to a games room), free internet and free international calls, with off-road parking for 2 cars.

Notes on accommodation
It is fully air conditioned and heated (if needed). Cot, high chair and buggy are provided. Family board games and Play Station 2 also provided. As is outside BBQ (bottled gas). Also has wi fi.
Outside
All garden furniture which include 3 loungers, table, 4 chairs, bottle gas BBQ.
Beautiful heated private pool and spa with water feature, child friendly safety fence around pool also the door to the outside pool area is alarmed for your child's protection. Some trees and flowers around the back of the pool. The outside pool area is covered .The pool is south/west facing which gets the sun from 10am till the sun goes down at night,the pool also has a beautiful water fall feature.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is Tampa Beach which is within 1 hours drive from the villa. Miami Beach is also only a 3 hour drive away.
Golf
About 5 minutes away in Champions Gate you have a David Leadbetter PGA golf academy, with a Greg Norman golf courses. There is also at least 5 golf courses within 15 minutes drive of the villa.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando int. which is 25-35 minute drive away, with Sanford airport the 2nd closest 50-60 mins drive. The 3rd closest airport is Tampa int. Which is an 60-80 minutes drive. With the port of Miami being 3 hours away.
Distances
Champions gate is 5 minutes away. Kissimmee 15 minutes . Disney's main gate is only 12 minutes away consist of Disneyland, Disney's waterparks (typhoon lagoon and blizzard beach). Universal studios is 25 mins away, and wet 'n' wild near there. With nearby seaworld, and aquatica (seaworld's new waterpark)and discovery cove (aka swim with the dolphins) all 25 minutes from the villa. Nasa's Cape Canaveral/kennedy space center just over an hour from the villa.
Further details
The two major shopping malls are 30-35 minutes away (mall at Millenia and the Florida mall). 3 outlet centres are all within 30 minutes drive. Most restaurants can be found within Kissimmee and downtown Disney. Champions gate houses most local take-aways, supermarkets and shops.

Your villa far exceeded our expectations.
It was like home from home all rooms were massive well decorated. Beds were so comfy and it was so nice to have 3 bathroom as we have two girls in the family. The pool and games room were a huge hit as well as ice machine tvs in all rooms, dvd player, ipod docking station and especially the pc with internet access and phone with free international calls. We will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family and when we return hopefully will be able to stay with you again. Grigor Watt & family.
