Our deluxe villa is located on the exclusive gated community of ‘Briarwood’; only an 8 minute drive from the gorgeous white sandy beaches and five minutes to Naples downtown area with its elegant shops and restaurants. Briarwood has a community pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, volleyball court, golf driving range and is only a couple of minutes from supermarkets, banks, drug stores etc. Our villa is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to the highest standards. It is equipped with every modern convenience designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can enjoy the view of the pool and gorgeous lake from virtually every room in the villa.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, towels are all provided. There is also a selection of beach towels at the villa. The villa is cleaned before your stay and when you leave, you can also book maid service if you require it during your stay (charge payable locally). |
Notes on accommodation
Children are welcome and cots and high chairs can be provided at your request. The accommodation comprises a master suite with queen sized bed, 2 walk in closets, TV and en-suite bathroom and access to the pool area. This room has stunning views of the lake. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds, both rooms have their own TV. There is a family bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast area and a lounge area with large screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books and games.
The lounge has triple sliding glass doors out to the pool and has wonderful views of the lake. The private, southeast-facing 13ft x 28ft pool is solar heated and benefits from all day sunshine, offering you the perfect place to sit and unwind. The covered lanai/patio area offers some welcome shade and is a perfect place for outdoor dining. A gas BBQ is provided for eating al fresco while enjoying the breathtaking lake views.

Coast/Beach
Just over 5 minutes in the car and you will find yourself on the beautiful beach of Naples. The pier is a popular meeting place to watch the sunset each evening.

Being the golfing capital of the US you are surrounded by golf courses suitable for all levels.
Travel
Miami International Airport is 115 miles. Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate what Naples has to offer.
Distances
The Everglades are only a short drive away where you can take air boat rides and swamp safaris, you can get up close to some of Florida's native species. Naples has all the amenities you could need including a great variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a zoo, beauty spas, cinema and those gorgeous beaches. Miami is just over an hour drive away if you fancy the hustle and bustle of a city, with all its shopping malls and designer shops there is plenty to do.
Booking notes
A 50% deposit of the villa cost is required at the time of booking with full balance due 30 days before departure. A refundable security deposit of £300/$500 is required with the full balance, this will be returned after a satisfactory inspection by our management company.
