The villa has a private pool and spa (heating optional) not overlooked there is a large covered lanai to get out of the sun. The deck has loungers and a dining table and chairs. Free calls to UK and internet. Orange Tree located on Highway 27 just of 192, a development of luxury homes, there are approx 8 golf courses within an 8 minute drive from the villa, including championship courses of Champions Gate Golf Resort, Celebration Golf Club, Legends Golf and Country Club to name just a few. Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios etc are within a 10 to 20 minute drive away. A Super Walmart is located with a 3 minute drive of our villa on highway 27, this store offers everything you could possibly need. The management company is only minutes away on H27.

Outside
Lanai - giving shade from the Florida sun. Circular patio table and upholstered chairs. Fully heated pool: with raised spa, two upholstered sun loungers. Integrated radio system throughout the villa accessible from all rooms. Telephone - free local calls and free calls to the UK. The property is air-conditioned and has vaulted ceiling fans. The pool area has a safety fence fitted and is covered with a large mesh screen which lets in the beautiful Florida sun.
Coast/Beach
Daytona Beach is a 40 minute drive away.
Golf
There is a large choice of championship golf courses close by; Champions Gate is a short drive down H27. Legends Golf and Country Club, Celebration Golf Club just to name a few! Anyone wishing to have more information please call and I will send you a golfers guide for Orlando.
Travel
If arriving at Orlando International Airport; the car hire companies are on site; It is a 20 minute drive to the Villa (all directions and information will be sent). If arriving at Sanford airport, this airport is a much smaller airport, the car hire companies are also on site. The drive from Sanford is longer taking about 40 minutes but if you are new to driving in the USA we suggest taking the toll roads down to Orlando, these are very quiet roads and the tolls are only a few dollars.
Distances
The villa is only 12 minutes from the new entrance to Disney, you leave Orange Tree and head west on H27 then onto the 192 (where a lot of the restaurants and fast food eateries are) a short drive then turn left onto the toll road 525 (it is only 1 dollar but saves you time and lots of traffic to get to Disney) then first right your are then in the Disney Complex. If you wish to go to Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios, it will probably take about 20 to 30 minutes.
Further details
There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants etc. Nurse practitioners are situated in the local pharmacies for people needing any medical attention. There are plenty of these in the area. The management agency looking after the villa is AAA Sun state, they are situated on Highway 27 a few minutes from the Villa. A gentleman called Gary (who is English) is always on hand for any queries you may have.
Booking notes
Travel cot, highchair and buggy are all available for your use. Pool heat is optional: we recommend pool heat between November and March. Pool heat £100 per week. A security deposit of £150 is required and returned within 14 days of departure. A booking deposit is required of £100. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival.
