Changeover day
Saturday (usually). Check in after 4pm. Check out by 10am to allow time for preparation/cleaning.

Accessibility
Due to the split levels of a Key West style property we feel it is not suitable for those with mobility problems.
Outside
Private gardens, woodland to the rear golf course to the front. Private 12' x 24' swimming pool with with seat at deep end and lighting for evening swims. Heat available upon request. Table and six chairs for dining alfresco. Rattan sofa, two arm chairs/foot stools plus BBQ make this area of the home very comfortable to enjoy with the family all day!
Coast/Beach
5 minutes to coast. 10 minutes to beach and casual or formal waterfront dining. Boat and jet ski rentals. Several other beaches and state parks within 30 minutes of the villa.
Golf
'Sea Pines Golf Course' opposite the villa and approx 30 within short drive of villa including Innisbrook, World Woods, Silverthorn, The Links and River Ridge.
Travel
Tampa: 40 minutes. Orlando: 90 minutes. Car recommended. Bikes great for local coastal use (2 provided).
Further details
Fabulous restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks and the best beaches in the USA. Fishing, golfing, boating, dolphin and Manatee encounters or just relaxing at the local beaches. All within a short drive.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking. The balance of payment and a separate security deposit of £200/$400 cheque are due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Confirmation of the booking will be sent, directions and access details will be forwarded when the full payment and security deposit have been received.

Wanted to send a special thank you. We enjoyed our vacation more than we could have imagined. The house was so lovely and had such a welcoming feeling. The pool was lovely. We had made a lot of plans to do thisngs but we were so satisfied with the house we just didn't want to leave it. In fact on Sunday we didn't want to check out. We felt very safe there also.
