With extended deck to the rear, this is a sun lovers paradise being south facing and has extensive range of luxury sun loungers, tables, dining furniture and sun shade.
Not overlooked to the rear as it backs onto conservation/woodland and being on a corner position, has no close neighbours either side.
There is a private 30' heated pool and spa/Jacuzzi. Child's safety fence.

Coast/Beach
Both the coasts are a little over 1 hour car travelling distance. The Atlantic coast has the infamous Cocoa Beach and of course the Brilliant Kennedy Space Centre.
On the Gulf side is St Petersburg and Clearwater, the latter having white sandy beaches, a personal favourite of ours! Naples is about 2.5 hours away.
Golf
Extensive range of golf courses within 5 minutes drive including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Polo Park, Reunion and Orange Lake.
