When you arrive at our home you will find it set in beautifully laid out gardens with palm trees, buganvilias, hibiscus, tropical plants and orange trees sloping down to the lake. Complete privacy, not overlooked. A home with everything you would expect in an executive villa. The 60 foot pool deck has 7 luxury loungers and parasols. No more perched on the edge of a pool. The south-west aspect of the villa guarantees sun all day. The 30 x 14 heated pool (electric and solar) is warm all year. A Nordic hot-tub with therapeutic jets for that relaxing massage after a busy day. Enjoy the games room with the 7 foot pool and air-hockey table, darts, fishing tackle, bikes, golf clubs, PlayStation 2. Or just sit back and relax, enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the abundant wildlife that visits our lake.

| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen has access to the lanai and has great views of the pool and lake. Cooker, hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the little extras. |

A supply of linen, towels and beach towels are included in the rental. The property is cleaned before and after your stay when a full change of linen and towels are supplied. |

Outside
There is an extended screened pool deck area, 60 foot by 30 foot, which includes a 30 x 14 foot solar and electrically heated pool. Plus a covered lanai for the dining area. This allows you plenty of room to relax in the sun or underneath the lanai for the shade.
The south-west facing aspect of the villa guarantees sun all day and sunsets in the evening with magnificent views over the lake. Or a therapeutic massage in the hot-tub at the end of the day. A paradise awaits you.
Coast/Beach
Nearby white sandy beaches are within a 10 minute drive and include Englewood, Stump Pass, Middle beach and Manasota Beach. The beautiful islands such as Boca Grand, Sanibel, Gasparella to mention just a few. Most have picnic areas, BBQ and showers.
Golf
The villa is on the Pinehurst golf course, but there are 5 others with in a 2 mile radius. Information on all golf courses are at the villa and on my website including telephone numbers and prices.
Special interest holidays
There are scuba diving trips, deep sea fishing, beach, pier or fresh water all on your door step (all information at the villa).
Travel
Tampa is approx 95 min, Orlando 2.5 hours, Miami 3 hours, Fort Myers 50 mins and Sarasota 45 mins. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Local shopping - at Walmart, Publix and Winn Dixie are all within 5-10 mins. Port Charlotte Mall etc is 15 mins.
Theme Parks - Busch Gardens 90 mins. Disney area Orlando 2.5 hours. Everglades 2 hours.
Further details
An abundance of restaurants and shops all within 10 minutes.
Rotonda Community Park is a few minutes away and offers a children's play area, 2 tennis courts and BBQ facilities. You can either walk or cycle around the wildlife trail.
Booking notes
£100/$200 per week is required to secure the booking. The balance being due 8 weeks prior to rental together with a refundable security deposit of £300/$500 to be held against damage etc.
