Our spacious executive 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is luxurious enough to satisfy even the most discerning traveller and more than big enough to accommodate a family of 10. Our Florida vIlla is situated in the exclusive Emerald Island, a new gated resort community which is located just 5 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. Shuttle services are available to the attractions. There is a clubhouse with heated community pool, spa, sauna, fitness centre, clubroom, video games, computer room. Facilities also include an outdoor play are for children, tennis courts and a poolside Tikki bar. Evening entertainment in the clubhouse. The villa is equipped to a very high standard 42’ Plasma in the main living area plus a PlayStation 2 with games.

Notes on prices
£80 per night includes tax or $140 per night plus tax. Christmas, Easter, New Year £685 per week including tax / $1200 plus tax. Rentals less than 7 days will have a cleaning charge of $85 added. Pool Heat £100 per week or $175.
Security deposit required. Rental includes free Broadband and free international calls.
Changeover day
We changeover any day. Bookings less than 7 days a cleaning fee will be added.
