A short 10 minute drive will take you from this quiet neighborhood to the frantic fun at the Disney theme parks! This beautiful villa has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable furnishings including sofa, love-seat, occasional tables, a TV and VCR - so you can watch your favourite movies and shows while on vacation. Outside, there's an optionally heated and private screened pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit and relax. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. If you step outside, there's plenty to do in Hampton Lakes, with tennis courts, community pool and cabana, BBQ and Picnic areas, plus a volleyball court, landscaped walks surrounding a spectacular fountain and a child's play area.

Changeover day
Flexible changeover day. The rental period commences at 4pm local time, on the day of rrival as indicated on the booking form. The villa must be vacated by 10am local time, on the day of departure.
