We would like to welcome you to our beautiful spacious & homely American villa, In the gorgeous Spring Hill, Florida. Situated in a peaceful, typical Floridian neighbourhood. Here you will find plenty to see and do, and is just a short 5 mins drive from, well, anywhere! Weather that be the tasty restaurants, tempting shopping malls for the ladies, Pristene Golf courses for the lads, or pure white sandy beaches. Either way, it is fun in the sun! In addition, we want you to enjoy that here, with the full Florida experience. Doing just as the locals do, and how they would want you to do it!

Nearest airport Tampa approx 45 minutes. Orlando approx 90 mins. Sanford approx 120 mins.

Theme Parks: Busch Gardens Theme Park & Adventure Island Water Park are the closest (approx 45 min drive). Walt Disney World, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios & Universal's Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild etc. Approx 90 min drive.

Weeki Wachee - Spring Hills own natural spring Water Park approx 5-10 minute drive (this is a must! - ever seen a real life mermaid? be amazed and meet one!), swim with the fresh water fish and get close with the beautiful wildlife!
