| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with master suite is huge. It has a US king size bed (6ft wide) Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with a massive walk-in shower, separate toilet, two vanity units and a big oval bath tub. Family bathroom with two vanity units, separate toilet and bath/shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has everything you are ever likely to need - large self cleaning oven, microwave, huge fridge / freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc etc. |
| Utility Room: | Just off the kitchen is the utility room which contains a large washing machine and separate dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can keep on top of your groups washing and return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! |
| Living Rooms: | There are two separate dining areas, one situated by the pool entrance and one at the front of the house. Both are adjacent to the kitchen area. The dining areas contain a dining table and 6 chairs each. A huge flat screen TV, DVD player, video player. |

Notes on accommodation
Central heating and air-conditioning. Fully alarmed and monitored. There is plenty to do for the children with pool and spa, the bonus room. Also, to protect younger children, the pool is enclosed with a child safety fence.
Our villa is a strictly no smoking. Smoking in the villa is a violation of the rental agreement and would result in forfeiture of your security deposit. No pets allowed.

Orlando International is located 30 miles away, which normally takes about 1/2 hour (all depending on traffic) to reach our villa.
Orlando Sanford International airport is located 40 miles away, which normally takes about a hour (all depending on traffic).
Distances
Walt Disney World is 8 miles away. Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet N Wild are located 20 miles away.
Booking notes
A deposit of £150 per week (non-refundable) will need to be paid before your booking is confirmed. A £200 security deposit is required to secure villa. Full payment is due 10 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is fully refunded barring any unusual damage to the house.
