Our villa with private heated pool is situated in Lindfields, a quiet and secluded area less than 5 miles from Disney property. Supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses are within a couple of miles. Many guests return year after year. We have tried to provide all that you might need for a wonderful holiday. We even offer free telephone calls (local, national/international) and also wireless internet. For location map and details of our website, please contact us. We are closer to Disney than many other areas, such as those on Hwy 27. Why spend precious holiday time on a long tiring journey from the parks? Our home allows you to return mid-day, have a rest and a swim in our lovely oversize pool which is fully screened and fenced for complete privacy, then return refreshed, we are so close to Disney. It is easy to become tired and frustrated, especially with young children when you have a long drive home. We provide a comfortable pushchair, cot and high chair for your young child.

| Bedrooms: | Master Bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom 2 with Queen size bed, Bedroom 3 with twin beds. The Master bedroom has a TV and DVD player and a comfortable swivel chair making a quiet retreat. The other two bedrooms also have TV & DVD players. |
| Bathrooms: | Master bathroom has huge newly renovated shower enclosure, twin basins and large walk-in closet. Second bathroom has bath with shower. Hairdryers and plenty of towels are provided in both bathrooms. |
| Kitchen: | 4 ring hob and full oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, grill. A full set of cooking utensils and crockery etc. are provided as well as melamine dishes and plastic glasses for use at the pool for safety. Coffee maker, etc. everything needed for all events. |
| Utility Room: | Washer and dryer are provided in the garage along with iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has two large sofas and a large comfortable chair, coffee table and side tables & lamps plus TV and DVD player. The Dining area has a glass dining table and six chairs. There is also a dining table & chairs in the bay window in the kitchen. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels are provided, including pool towels. Ample linens are also provided. As we as a family use our home very frequently it is especially well equipped and offers rather more than the usual holiday rental home. We like our comforts. |
Notes on accommodation
Children welcome, pets not allowed, non smoking only, long term renters welcome.
There is free solar pool heating, but you have the option of supplementary electric pool heating at a charge of £75/$129 per week. Must be booked in advance.
Rentals of less than 5 nights incur cleaning charge of £40/$70
No other extras are charged. You pay price as shown. All prices are fixed once deposit is paid, and no increase will be made to price regardless of any subsequent change in rates.

Accessibility
Suitable for elderly or infirm and wheelchair accessible, although there is a small step at the front door.
Outside
Barbecue, garage, garden, parking. The pool deck has recently been enlarged and there is a dining table & chairs under the lanai plus comfortable loungers and small side table. The garden area is planted out with flowering bushes and fruit trees, oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, bananas and you are welcome to pick any fruit that is ready to eat.
The whole garden if fenced making it very private.
The pool is 15ft by 30ft and is solar heated free of charge during the winter months. If you require more heating then we have an electric pool heater which be switched on if booked in advance at a charge of £70/$120 per week.
Coast/Beach
The Gulf coast is barely 2 hours drive and Cape Canaveral just over an hour away. These trips make a change from the theme parks. What young person wouldn't want to say that they have visited Cape Canaveral and see the Shuttle Launching Pad, there might even be a launch while you are there!!
Golf
Golf course at Orange Lake Country Club is just at the top of the road. As we are members of the Lindfield Owners Association our guests enjoy reduced golf rates at Orange Lake (mention the Lindfields Owners Assoc. when you book).
There are several other golf courses within 5 miles and most of them have very reasonable rates.
Travel
Orlando International approx. 30 miles.
Distances
Disney is very close (within 5 miles). We are also very close to all the other attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios and the Shopping Malls.
Further details
There are two Publix supermarkets less than 2 miles away. There is also a Papa John's Take-a-way Pizza parlour there and the pizzas are great. A new huge Wal-mart has recently opened about 4 miles away and more stores are opening monthly, we can't keep up with it all ourselves. There are also many restaurants in all price ranges for those who don't want to cook. We especially like The Outback, The Longhorn Steak House and Carrabas Italian Restaurant and the terrific Colorado House of Beef. We can arrange car hire, park tickets and insurance for our guests at competitive rates and we always try to give you helpful advice to plan your vacation to help you have a wonderful time in the 'Sunshine State'. We do prefer that you do not smoke on the premises or in the pool area. We like to keep our home sweet smelling for all our guests so we hope that you will respect our no smoking policy. You've tried the rest - now try the best! We have many guests who return year after year and many of them have become friends over the years, we hope that you will want to join them. Booking notes
13% Florida taxes are included in all rentals. Security deposit of £150/$250 will be added to final balance, to be returned within 30 days if no damage caused to property.
