Changeover day
The property must be vacated by 11.00am on the morning of departure. If you need to stay later this can be arranged prior to your departure, for a fee.

The Gulf Coast (warmer seas) - St Petersburg (2 hours) and Fort Myers, Naples (3 hours).
Atlantic (great for surfing) - Cocoa Beach (1.5 hours), Daytona (2 hours).
Golf
There are numerous golf courses nearby. The 2 closest championship ones are Southern Dunes and Champions Gate.
Travel
25 minutes on main I4 from Orlando International Airport approx 50 minutes from Sanford Airport. Car hire would be advised.
Distances
2 minutes from Target and Posner shopping area, Target provide grocery market or 5 minutes from Super Walmark for all your needs.
All Disney attractions are just 15 minutes away.
Universal & Seaworld 25/30 minutes away.
Kennedy Space Centre is approx 1.5 hours drive away.
Booking notes
A 200 euros deposit is required, with the final balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure or with booking if travelling within 6 weeks of the booking.
Booking deposit is not refundable in event of you cancelling but security deposit will be refunded.
A 150 euros security deposit is also required which will be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your return once the property has been inspected by our management company.
