Our lovely, spacious villa is fully furnished to a high standard, with 2 double master en-suite bedrooms, 1 double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom. It has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, everything you will need for your self catering holiday. There is a washer and dryer and the villa is fully air-conditioned. Outside there is a patio with a larger than average swimming pool, table, chairs and sun loungers. The villa is located in Lake Wilson, a very nice Mediterranean style development surrounded by trees. It is ideally positioned, only 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. It is just off interstate 4 at junction 58 on Old Lake Wilson Road. Only a few minutes away is the Champions Gate golfing complex, designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicolas. Selection of local shops, a bank and petrol station nearby. The Gulf Coast beaches, Kennedy Space Centre, Bush Gardens and Clear water are with easy driving distance.

shops, chemist, variety of restaurants, DVD, video and PlayStation game hire shop, petrol/gas station drive through bank and golfing complex. Disney World and all the Major Theme Parks, outlet malls, Kissimmee, the US 192 and Celebration are all within a few minutes drive.
Booking notes
£100 deposit payable on confirmation of booking. Full payment of balance due payable 8 weeks prior to start of rental period. £150 per week security deposit, returnable 7 days after departure following site inspection by our management company. 10% discount for 3 week bookings, for stays of 3 nights or less we have to charge for linen and cleaning services.
Pool heating £10/$19 per day. 10% discount on bookings of 3 weeks or more.
