Our executive, 4 bedroom, fully air-conditioned villa is set on a south-facing lot and has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard. It comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday and offers spacious accommodation for up to eight people. Access to the pool deck can be gained from the living area and master bedroom. Outside the south facing 30 x 15 larger than average pool with spa may be heated when required and is surrounded by an extended sun deck with plenty of superb furniture. The area offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. The pool is enclosed by a fine mesh screen, which allows the sun through but not the bugs. For those who like to get out of the sun, there is the large Lanai fitted with overhead fan. Contact owner for website information. High speed fibre optic and wireless internet access is available free of charge and a safe is also available for our guests free of charge.

Further details
Our home is close to the I4 on the US27 south of the 192. Champions gate and Reunion golf courses are within a 10 minute drive away. There are dozens of other courses such as Highlands Reserve and Mystic Dunes which are around 5 minutes away. Disney is a 15 minute drive and Seaworld and Universal studios are 20-25 minutes. You are close enough to all of Central Florida's action whilst still being able to get away and have some peace and quiet after a busy day at the theme parks.
Shopping in the area is superb with a number of top quality shopping malls and factory outlets within a short drive. More immediate needs are very well catered for by a quality Publix supermarket and Wal-Mart store very close by. Tennis courts and children's play area are within the community.
Booking notes
A security deposit of £200 is required upon final payment and is fully refundable on inspection by our management company. Pool heating is available in the cooler months at a charge of £75 per week. Visa and MasterCard accepted.
