Fairway House is beautifully furnished and offers pure luxury in every room. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which 2 bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms with spa bath, walk in shower and twin vanity units, access the pool through patio doors. The pool is south west facing with solar panels to heat the pool, patio furniture, sun beds and a gas barbecue to complete you outdoor enjoyment. The lounge has television, and large sliding doors that open out the the pool area. There are plenty of choices of where to eat in the villa with the dinette overlooking the pool or the formal dining area, or if you prefer you can eat alfresco round the pool with the stylish patio furniture and gas barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate utility room with large capacity washer and dryer etc. There is a small office area with Internet available if required. It's only a short drive to the local shops, restaurants and beaches.

The pool deck is south west facing, with patio furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are all provided for your stay. The pool also has a removable child safe fence.

This part of Florida's Gulf coast has many beaches to choose from, including Englewood, Boca and Gasparilla.
Golf
Within 20 miles there are over 20 golf courses to choose from, the nearest is only a few minutes drive, including 3 championship courses, a floodlit course.
Special interest holidays
The area has lots of facilities for water sports, with tennis courts nearby.
Travel
Tampa airport 90 mins. Orlando airport 2.5 hrs and Miami airport 3 hrs. Fort Myers airport 45 mins, Sarasota airport 45 mins.
Distances
There are plenty of local restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes drive, also Publix's, Winn Dixie's and WalMart.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 20% is required, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 security deposit is also required against damages.
