Non-smoking only, long term renters welcome, children welcome. Wireless broadband available with a computer for internet access. A cot, high and stroller are available free of charge and extra items can be ordered at the time of booking. The villa offers a if need be. The deck area has been extended to 40 x 30 feet to offer ample sunbathing space. There are 8 chairs and two tables for that drink or meal outside and 6 sun loungers. A lanai (porch) measuring 40 x 10 feet offers a welcome shade area for those who do not want to spend all their time under the sun. All in all the back of the house has 1600 sq.ft area that offers all the amenities to swim, play and relax. A gas barbecue is also available if requested at the time of booking.

Our vacation villa is ideally situated in Emerald Island Resort, Kissimmee, which is 2 miles south west of Disney. 1 mile from US192 and approx 2 miles from IH4. It only takes about 10 mins to get to the major theme parks Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and the water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach that are all within the 47sq.m Disney property. Sea World is only 14 miles and takes about 20 mins, Universal Studios which is 18 miles away takes about 25 mins. There are more than 30 golf courses in the area including the 5 within Disney, numerous restaurants and you will be spoilt for choice if you like shopping as there are several shopping malls within a very short drive. The brand new Mall at Millenia has all of the latest designer names. Renowned beaches like Cocoa and Daytona are a 75 mile drive. The perfect place to stay if you want peace and quiet but want reduce travelling time to Disney.

We offer a 5% discount for bookings of two weeks. 20% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Balance along with a £200 / $300 refundable security deposit is due eight weeks before your stay starts. Optional pool heat is £90 / $175 per week. A cleaning charge will be added for stays of 4 days or shorter. Check with owner for special offers.
