Situated Just off Highway 192, the Villa is in the closest community to the Magical Walt Disney World, just a 5 minute drive to the home of Mickey Mouse! Emerald Island is a private, premier development, only a 30 min drive from Orlando Int. Airport, & within walking distance of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. There are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms providing 2 master suites and a further 2 bedrooms with adjacent bathroom. Emerald Island is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Once there you can use all the facilities provided within the resort, which include the clubhouse sauna, fitness centre, games room, Internet cafe, Tiki Bar, Heated communal pools & spas, Tennis & Volleyball courts.

Notes on prices
Cleaning is free of charge for stays of 1 week (7days) or more.
If your stay is for less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £40 will be charged.
Changeover day
We are flexible regarding change over days. Arrival time is 4pm (Local time) and departure 11am (local time) However, provided that there is not a family arriving on your day of departure, (or vice-versa) these times can also be flexible if pre-arranged.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a fully appointed master bedroom suite, with King size bed and has a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is also a fully appointed suite, with queen size bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and have fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to master suite has large double sized shower with low threshold, (handy for wheelchair users). wc. & separate door directly to pool area. 2nd En-suite bathroom has Bath, WC & Vanitory unit. Bathroom 3 has Bath, WC & Vanitory unit. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in a modern property: Cooker, Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, toaster etc etc with walk-in larder cupboard. |
| Utility Room: | Industrial size washing machine (my wife thinks its great!). Dryer. Ironing board (She's not so keen on that one!). |
| Living Rooms: | The Great Room is divided into two sections: Lounge area; with brand new (June 2008) furniture, settees, coffee & occasional tables etc etc. The Dining area; has a large dining table with six chairs. (See next paragraph ref dining) |
| Other: | There is also a Dining Nook area off the great room, where there is a further dining table and 4 chairs. Guests can use this table to create a larger table in the dining area or use it separately ie adults at one table and children at the other. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath towels & hand towels are supplied as are clean linen for your stay. We would ask that you take beach towels for use when in the pool or taking to the beach. On arrival the villa will have been cleaned that day. No other maid service unless requested. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a selection of DVD films at the property, also a PS2 with some games. There are also TVs and DVD players in the 2 bedroom suites. Also, if you take your laptop, there is internet access at the villa. Also ALL calls to the UK are free of charge from the property.
We also have cots & high chairs for the younger children. A gas BBQ is also provided FOC.

45 minutes drive from Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.
Golf
Located just off Route 192, near Champions Gate, Reunion and other world famous golf courses.

Orlando international is approximately 30 minutes drive.

We are on the doorstep of Disney World: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Water Parks - all being only 5 minutes drive away.
Sea World, Universal and Islands of Adventure 25 minutes.
Kennedy Space Centre 45 minutes.

Deposit required at time of booking. Rental required 8 weeks prior to stay, whence your booking deposit will become your security deposit, which will be refunded upon departure.
