We have 5 children of our own and this villa is designed with them in mind. Our management company (based in Kissimmee) are on hand (direct dial phone from the house) to ensure everything runs smoothly for your holiday. due to regulations by Florida fire department barbecues must be hired and payed directly with our management company.

Minutes away from lots of golf courses: 5 mins to Orange Lake Golf and Country Club. 10 mins to Champions Gate Golf Club. 12 mins to Celebration Golf club.
15 mins to Southern Dunes Golf Club. There are also many other golf courses to choose from within a short distance of Primrose Villa, including those within Walt Disney World and Orlando.

Approx 30 mins from Orlando Intl. 60 mins from Orlando Sanford.

Minutes from attractions, shopping malls & fantastic restaurants. Lindfields is just off the Highway 192 (west of Disney).

Booking notes
Booking procedure: when you require a booking send us your postal address, we will send you a booking form for you to complete and return with the deposit on a self addressed envelope (provided). Deposit required: £100 per week booked to secure reservation. Full rental balance and £100 per week (refundable) security deposit due 2 months prior to departure. Full Terms and conditions provided upon request.
