Bedrooms comprise 1 king master suite, 1 queen master suite,1 double bedroom with ensuite, 1 twin bedroom & Children’s Disney room with bunk beds (double below/single above) sharing 4th bathroom.There is a rollaway single bed, full-size baby cot & high chair.All rooms have TV, telephone & hairdryers.There is a fully fitted kitchen, 2 breakfast bars, separate dining room & separate fully equipped laundry room.

Spacious and comfortable, the villa offers every facility to 'chill out' after a hectic day at the theme parks - swimming and dining by our floodlit pool, playing pool/darts in our games room or watching TV in the lounge or in the privacy of your own room. If you don't feel like cooking or eating out, there are lots of restaurants nearby who will deliver meals to your door. The nearest supermarket/pharmacy is one mile from the villa.

Hampton Lakes, is a prestigious new community with a communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and a children’s play area. It is situated on US highway 27 with Walt Disney World only 10 minutes away and near to many championship golf courses, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n Wild and the famous shopping areas of International Drive and Florida Mall are a 30 minute drive away and beaches such as Clearwater on the Golf coast and Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center on the east coast are approximately one hour’s drive away.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at time of booking (balance payable 10 weeks before departure). Cancellation of a booking less than 10 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of the booking. It is advisable to have adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accident or illness.
A refundable security deposit of £100 ($200) is required.

'Beautiful villa, I would recommend to anyone going to Disneyworld, who would like private accommodation. Quiet location, pool not overlooked, nor does it back on to the highway, like many others in the area. The villa is air conditioned, which is lovely in the Florida heat, has everything you need for a perfect stay and is spotlessly clean. The owners were very helpful and made everything so easy. Thanks very much for a wonderful stay. Recommended for: Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Age 55+, Sightseeing.'
