Booking notes
A rental deposit of 250 pounds is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
A security deposit of £200 is required in case of any damages/losses to the property. Providing no damages/losses occur, the security deposit will be refunded in a timely manner.
