Villa Summer Sun is my pride and joy. Being built in a stunningly beautiful location backing onto a small natural lake in a rural wildlife beauty spot. Yet is ideally located for all the parks. Disney is only about 8 minute drive away with all other attractions such as Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove Wet & Wild,Gatorland and air Boat Rides are to name a few that are with in a 10-20 minute drive while Reunion and Champions Gate golf courses are just 10 minutes drive. A new large supermarket, bank take aways and family restaurants have just been built that are only 5 minute drive from this small and peacefull gated community.This newly refurbished 5 bed 3 bath home is welcoming to all ages with rich beautiful furnishings, fully eqipped games room for the active ones, cable TV and Wireless internet access for the not so active. Outside you will find your own fabulous heated pool with decking that is great for relaxing to recharge your batteries for another busy day around the parks.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds or US dollars. Pool heating will be £75/$140 per week. For bookings of a week or less will encur a cleaning surcharge of £40/$60 which will be added. Discounts can be offered for 3 week plus bookings. Our check in time on day of arrival is from 4pm and check out by 10.30am on day of departure.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time from 4pm. Depart by 10.30am (please ask our management company if extension is required this may be possible).

Notes on accommodation
This is a very spacious villa that can sleep up to 12 people which is child friendly with air conditioning and ceiling fans (for the warm days why relaxing on holiday) and blow air heating (for them not so warm days these are very few)pool heating can be requested (there will be an additional charge for the heating). It is a very safe and secluded environment yet only a few minutes from all the park, shops, and excitement that Florida brings.
Outside
Private pool approx 30 ft by 14 ft that is fully enclosed with a lania screen very tranquil and beautiful place looking out over a natural lake (with all its wild life) the decking area around the pool is fully equipped with sun lounges, table and chairs. There is a security screen around the pool area for if you have younger children that can be remove if want to.

Daytona Beach is approx 60 miles. Tampa beach is approx 82 miles. Miami Beach is approx 228 miles. Key Largo is approx 291 miles. West Palm Beach is approx 166 miles. Ft Myres is approx 153 miles. They are all in easy reach because of the great motorway network in Florida.
Golf
Southern Dunes golf and country club. Highland reserve golf club. Remington golf club. Champions gate golf resort. Kissimmee golf club. Mystic Dunes golf club. To name just a few stunning golf complexes to relax around with in a few miles of the our villa.
Travel
Orlando International airport is about 29 miles from the villa and travelling time is about 42 minutes. Samford International airport is about 54 miles from the villa and travelling time is about 1 hour.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure a booking, the remainder to be paid 10 weeks before arrival. All bookings make with less that 8 weeks must be paid for in full. A security deposit of £250 must be sent with all final payments and will be refunded within 28 days after a successful inspection by our management company.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased our home in March 2008 after falling in love with Florida when we first went over to get married in 2005. There is just something very magic about the place that can not be put into words. We picked Reserve in Davenport because of the beautiful surroundings and the quietness of the resort when you get though the gates. It has great access to the parks via the I4 and 192 which are only minutes away.
