The community of only 94 houses was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes. The much reviewed Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses is a short drive away. A new large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants has just been built and is only 5 minute walk from the community. This newly refurbished 5 bed home on Town Center is welcoming and cozy with rich beautiful furnishings. Outside you will find your pool and deck, which is fully furnished, making sitting outside a truly relaxing experience. The house is situated in a very peaceful area and backs on to a lake.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds or US dollars. Pool heating will be £75/$140 per week. For bookings of less that a week a cleaning surcharge of £55/$100 will be added. Discounts can be offered for 3 week plus bookings.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time from 4pm. Depart by 10am (please ask our management company if extension is required this may be possible).

Notes on accommodation
This is a very spacious villa that can sleep up to 12 people which is child friendly with air conditioning (for the warm days why relaxing on holiday) pool heating can be requested (there will be an additional charge for the heating). It is a very safe and secluded environment yet only a few minutes from all the park, shops, and excitement Florida brings.

Outside
Pool and decking area is very tranquil and beautiful place looking out over a natural lake (with all its wild life) at the rear of the villa and is fully equipped with sun lounges, table, chairs and pool toys for the children. There is a security screen around the pool area for if you have toddlers that can be removed if you have any.

Daytona Beach is approx 60 miles. Tampa beach is approx 82 miles. Miami Beach is approx 228 miles. Key Largo is approx 291 miles. West Palm Beach is approx 166 miles. Ft Myres is approx 153 miles. They are all in easy reach because of the great motorway network in Florida.
Golf
Southern Dunes golf and country club. Highland reserve golf club. Remington golf club. Champions gate golf resort. Kissimmee golf club. Mystic Dunes golf club. To name just a few stunning golf complexes to relax around with in a few miles of the our villa.
Travel
Orlando International airport is about 29 miles from the villa and travelling time is about 42 minutes. Samford International airport is about 54 miles from the villa and travelling time is about 1 hour.

Approximate distances: Disney 8 miles. Universal Studio 15 miles. Wet & Wild 12 miles. Sea World 11 miles. Kennedy space 60 miles. Aquatica 11 miles. Busch gardens 55 miles. ll attractions are within easy reach of the I4 or the 192.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking, the remainder to be paid 10 weeks before arrival. All bookings make with less that 8 weeks must be paid for in full. A security deposit of £200 must be sent with all final payments and will be refunded within 28 days after a successful inspection by our management company.
