Villa Bellagio is our luxury lakeside home with 2 master suites, sparkling heated private pool on the South side of the exclusive Sunset Lakes development, only 4 miles (less than 10 minutes) from Disney. Our unusually spacious home (over 2600sq ft) is lovingly furnished to executive standards - perfect for all age groups. Sunset Lakes is a peaceful community but yet a minute's drive to many restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. There is also a community swimming pool and kiddies playground.

Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios 4 miles away. Seaworld, Universal Studios, International Drive 20 minutes away. Busch Gardens 50 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center 1 hour away. Port Canaveral 1 hour away (for short cruises).

TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Carrabas, and Giordinos restaurants are 5 minutes away, and the numerous restaurants and bars on the US192 are within 5 minutes.
The beloved Walmart (everything from car tyres to jewellery) is only 8 mins away. Florida Designer Outlets and Mall at Millenia are 15 minutes away.
Booking notes
Bookings require 50% deposit payable by bank transfer in US$. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Additional $300 refundable damages deposit required at full payment. Refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
