Luxury villa with red, black a gold trimmings. Our pool is 28 x 14ft with 6ft spa, water sprays and streamers great for the kids and underwater mood changing colour lights. We have extended decking area for comfort and at the moment our pool is the only one this shape and size on Towerlake. Both master rooms have king size beds with upgraded bedding and furniture. We have a Spongebob themed twin bedroom and the other twin is Americano themed. All rooms have TVs, Cable TV available, wireless internet connection. Both twin rooms have PS2 with selection of games, games boards, DVDs and CD player. There is also a games room with pool table and air hockey table. Living area is spacious and the sofa converts into another bed (queen). All bathrooms have towels, hair dryers tongs/brush We also have an excellent management company who are available 24hrs.

No pets allowed and our villa is non-smoking. There is full air-conditioning/heating in the villa, including ceiling fans in the lounge area, master room 1 and games room. The villa is suitable and caters for children, particularly the pool with the special effect waters sprays and streamers. Plus there are pool floats/toys.

Accessibility
The villa is one level and portable ramps can be placed down for wheelchairs (not specially adapted for wheelchair users).
Outside
Through the patio doors from the lounge is a south facing covered lanai with ceiling fan, patio table with 4 chairs. There is fully screened extended private deck and 28 x 14ft pool with 6ft spa with water sprays, streamers, underwater mood colour lights with surrounding garden, not overlooked from the back. Gas pool heat available for those winter months. Sun loungers and cushions so you can relax around the pool, pool toys/floats available. The development is on a lakeside setting, with surrounding walls around the perimeter and security gates.
Coast/Beach
Just over an hours drive east of Tower Lake is Kennedy Space Centre or an hour away to the west are the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg, Clearwater or Sarasota on the Gulf coast. The beaches of the East Coast of Florida are also easily accessible.
Golf
This area is renowned for its golf courses and there are nearly over 30 nearby quality golf courses, including the fantastic Southern Dunes course right next door and Diamondback are in the local vicinity and close by is the newly built 36 holes, Championship, Champions Gate course development designed by Greg Norman.
Travel
The nearest airport is Orlando's International airport approx 35-45 mins. Sandford airport and Tampa airport is approx 1 hour away. Car hire is essential for getting out and about, and enjoying all the amenities Florida has to offer.
Distances
This is an ideal base for Disney 10/15 mins drive, Sea World/Universal, International Drive 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hours drive.
Further details
There are plenty of restaurants on the H27, and plenty more on the 192 which is easily accessible from the H27 or Interstate 4. If you go the H27 through Haines City for approx 25 mins you will come to Eagle Ridge Mall, here you will find J C Penny, Sears, Marshalls and many more. There is a 24hr Walmart next door to Towerlake and a Publix further down the H27.

A deposit of £200 is required, full payment required 8 weeks before departure, with £200 ($400) refundable security bond in case of breakages, loss or damage to the villa during your stay.
