Our villa overlooks a golf course in a quiet residential area, away from the main tourist destinations (33 miles North of Tampa and 66 miles West of Orlando) - it is the ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday whilst still within easy driving distance of the main attractions. There is a large (28'x 14') heated swimming pool, a spacious lanai for outdoor living and an excellent beach just a 15 minute drive away. There are 14 golf courses nearby - perfect for golf enthusiasts.

Pool heating is includesin these rates. A returnable booking/security deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking with full payment to be received eight weeks before the rental start-date. The deposit will be refunded within six weeks of the return of the key at the end of your holiday.
Changeover day
Saturday, although we are flexible outside peak season.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has an American King-size bed, walk-in closet, dressing table, colour cable TV and direct access to the pool area. Bedroom 2 has an American Queen-size bed and built-in closet. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, built-in closet and colour cable TV. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a large shower, twin wash basins, wc and bidet. Second bathroom shared by the other bedrooms has a bath with shower over, wash basin & wc. Third bathroom serves the pool area and has a large shower, wash basin & wc. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer with chilled water & ice dispensers, twin sinks, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of crockery and glassware. |

| Living Rooms: | The lounge area has colour cable TV, VCR, DVD, Hi-Fi system (Radio & CD player). |

Outside
There is a large pool enclosure (22'x 50') surrounding the pool (14' x 28'). The pool is heated with a heat pump (included in the price)and fitted with a (removeable) child safety barrier. The sizeable pool enclosure and spacious lanai are ideal for outdoor living. A 'state-ofthe-art' barbecue is available within the pool enclosure.
Coast/Beach
Pine Island beach is a 15 minute drive away and is ideal for children This beach is within a well-maintained country park and hence is not built up. The beaches at Clearwater are a 40 minute drive away.
Golf
We are next to the Oak Hills golf club - an 18 hole, 6935 yard course. While no water comes into play, there are plenty of sand traps to present a challenge. There are another fourteen courses within easy driving distance.
Travel
The international airport at Tampa is just 45 minutes away via the Suncoast Parkway, while the drive to Orlando takes 90 minutes.
Further details
The whole area is wonderful for wildlife - sit on the lanai and watch the birds feeding or adventure further afield and see manatees in the wild, alligators and much more. A wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be found within a five or ten minute drive.
