Right on the sands of Newport Beach, this vacation home is the perfect family getaway. It offers two identical units one above and one below. It is fully furnished, with a patio on the bottom floor that opens to the sand and balcony on top floor with a magnificent view. Each unit offers three bedrooms and a fireplace. Apartment over garage has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Minutes away from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm and around the corner from Balboa Island. Newport offers not just beaches and beautiful water, but a wide array of attractions and activities that people of all ages and interest can enjoy, including surfing, boogie boarding, inline skating, biking, scuba, snorkeling, fishing, shopping, jet skiing, ferry to Balboa, cruises, art museums, whale watching. Within a 1½ hour drive is Universal Studios and Hollywood, Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Six Flags, Winter skiing at Big Bear Mtn, Casinos and Mexico.

Very suitable for children. We have cribs, highchairs and strollers. We also have a surfboard and boogie boards for water use.

Patio on sand is shared by all in the house. Upstairs unit has a balcony. Patio has 2 tables with umbrellas and several chairs.
Coast/Beach
House is right on the beach. Step off the patio onto the sand.

Close to John Wayne Airport and Los Angeles International airport.
