A brand new (2007) 5 bed 4.5 bath super luxurious pool home located right on the fairway at Reunion, Orlando's Premier Golf Resort! Reunion is 2300 acres of stunningly landscaped paradise created by the Ginn Corporation in the heart of Kissimmee, next door to Celebration and only 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World attractions. Reunion boasts not one but Three signature championship golf courses, designed by none other than: Tom Watson, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer themselves each as individual as their designers! The 3 par 72 courses annually host a round of the LPGA tour in April. The Villa itself, arranged over two floors, has 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedded room all "designer" furnished to the highest standard, all with golf or pool views. The 3 master bedrooms have en-suite facilities with granite work tops, huge showers and quality fittings throughout, 27" LCD TVs with full cable. The main master has a large balcony with stunning panoramic views across the course!

Changeover day
Saturday is my preferred change over as it is for most people, however this is not mandatory ~ please check on availability!
Guests must vacate by 11am on the day of departure check-in is after 4pm.

Separate wc on the ground floor with easy access from the pool area. All facilities enjoy high quality fittings and tiled floors.
Kitchen: The fully fitted open plan kitchen has all quality appliances cheery cabinetry & granite work tops and breakfast bar. All appliances are black finish including the large glass halogen hob and over head micro wave oven to compliment the Brazilian granite!
Utility Room: Located on the first floor housing the American style washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the main air con unit.
Living Rooms: The lounge area is designer furnished in a contemporary fashion & includes 4 bright red leather arm chairs and a three seater sofa, writing table and complementary art work. 50" plasma TV multi disc DVD and HiFi surround sound system + internet access.
Other: The main dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and lounge area and features a large inch thick glass topped dining table which seats upto 8 people in style. The independent guest suite has it's own lounge and dining area plus wet bar and food prep area.

linen/maid service:
Reunion is a 5 star resort ~ all towels and linen which are provided by guest services are of the highest quality and changed regularly. Bath robes are available upon request as is full maid service (at extra cost).

 

Notes on accommodation
The Villa is unusual in it's design, in that the property is divided into two sections ~ the main house has 4 double bedrooms, the main lounge/living area, kitchen and dining area. In addition to which there is a large self-contained guest suite with it's own independent front door, located above the double garage to the front of the property. The "wow" factor comes from the fact that the two are connected together by a covered "walk-way" at first floor level which spans a secluded courtyard in between the two, in which you will find the 25ft x 12ft heated salt water swimming pool and whirlpool spa. The walk-way allows direct access from the guest suite into the first floor of the main house and creates a large balcony over looking the pool area. There is additionally french door access to the balcony and walk-way from the first floor twin bedded bedroom, the ground floor master below also has french doors which open onto the pool area being ideal for any guests with mobility issues.

Accessibility
Whilst the property has not been designed specifically to accommodate the disabled, because it was built to the most up to date building specification, it meets all current building codes regarding wheel chair access etc by having wide door ways and low door thresholds. Moreover the property has a ground floor en-suite master which features an oversize easy access shower cubicle which whilst not suitable for wheel chair access would certainly be ideal for guests with less servere mobility issues

Outside
The outside space afforded by the villa is one of the properties major strong points, the private walled internal courtyard area, which has been lovingly planted with typically tropical plants and trees, including two large palms and a smaller twin headed roubellini palm. There first floor balcony and covered walk-way give ample shade forming a covered lannai. There is of course sun loungers and patio furniture for alfresco dining should the mood take you! At the fairway end of the property the main master bedroom boasts a large private balcony with panoramic views across the beautifully landscaped golf course and over the conservation area beyond. Below the balcony is a patio area accessed via french doors from the lounge where one can sit sipping a drink or having a snack whilst watching the golfers play by. The court yard houses the heated salt water pool (25ftx12ft) and whirlpool in ground spa ~ the courtyard is extensively block paving for patio furniture and loungers.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to Orlando other than the artificial ones in Orlando is "Cocoa Beach" on the Atlantic coast near the world famous Kennedy Space Centre ~ home of the space shuttle, which is about a two hour drive away ~ but well worth a visit!

Golf
What can one say about "Reunion" other than it's fast becoming recognised as Orlando's number one premier luxury golf resort! With 3 signature championship courses designed by: Tom Watson, Jack Nicklaus and the legendary Arnold Palmer! If golf is your game ~ Reunion's the name ~ shear poetry! Our house is located right on the fairway need I say more! As an owner's guest you are afforded honorary membership for the duration of your stay and discounted green fees too!
In addition to the 3 championship courses there's also a free driving range and practice greens a superb clubhouse and there's even a golf academy ~ "Annika". As a regular on America's LPGA tour Reunion has been featured on TV and is often on "The Golf Channel". The courses are typically Floridian being stunningly landscaped and tropically planted with palm lined fairways and immaculately manicured greens. Tee times can be prebooked from the UK, so book early to avoid disappointment! Not that Reunion could ever disappoint!

Travel
Reunion is located in the vicinity of the junction between US highway 192 referred to as "the 192" and Interstate 4 refered to as "the I4". Reunion's main entrance is easily accessed from I4 junction 58 ~ the I4 intersects Reunion, which has it's own flyover bridge crossing the I4 as the 2300 acre community is so expansive as to be located on both sides of the interstate. Our property is in the quiet Liberty Bluff area of Reunion which has it's own enterance accessed from Old Lake Wilson Road.

Distances
The Walt Disney World attractions are a mere 10 minutes away and with Reunion's close proximity to the I4 Universal Studios and Sea World, along with all the other attractions and restaurants found in International Drive are only about a 20 minute drive away too! Reunion is about a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and about 45 minutes from Sandford International. (Tampa Airport is about 90 minutes).

Further details
From Reunion you can easily access Kissimmee Old Town and the multitude of shops & restaurants etc to be found along the 192 which is about a 5 minute drive up Old Lake Wilson Road.
Equally easy to get to is the "Crossroads" area and Downtown Disney which is about 10 minutes up the I4. Reunion itself has a fine dining a la carte restaurant located in the "Grande" an eleven storey 5 star hotel sited right in the center of the resort. Also to be found in the Grande is a tapas bar aptly named "Eleven" as it's on the eleventh penthouse floor! Other facilities to be found at Reunion are a superb Clubhouse and grill an Equestrian Centre, flood lit tennis courts a huge communal pool with pool bar, fitness centre and internet cafe, not to mention it's own 15 acre water park too!!

Booking notes
Whilst you can book our villa direct through Reunion you'll pay between $400 & $800 per night for it plus resort fees and taxes ~ you have to remember it's a "high end" 5 star resort and that don't come cheap! However go as an owner's guest and you wont even pay half that ~ so book direct through owners direct! As Reunion is a "cashless" society all charges are billed to the owner's guest's private account which is settled by the owner ~ hence a suitable security deposit is required in advance!
