Large private sunny swimming pool with waterfall spa. Heat included to your desired comfort. Sunsets from the spa are just fantastic. We have 2 outdoor dining tables, seating for 8, 4 large chaise loungers, dock chairs for sunning/fishing and a big new gas BBQ is available for your use.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful Tigertail Beach with its white powder sugar sand is just an easy 10 minute walk or a 4 minute bike ride from the villa. Our home is located in the upscale Tigertail Beach district of Marco.
Golf
Golf is available at the lovely, world - class, Lely Flamingo and Mustang championship courses, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Lee Trevino. The new 20,000 sq.ft clubhouse has a full restaurant and bar facilities and a great golf pro shop. Club and shoe hire, tuition, and a full golf driving range are also available. There are many other golf courses within an easy drive and tennis is also close by.
Travel
Our home is located in the prestigious Tigertail Beach area of Marco Island which lies approximately 15 minutes from Naples and 1.75 hours drive west to Miami. Beautiful Captiva and Sanibel Islands are close by as is the Everglades National Park. Orlando/Disneyworld is just 3 hours by car and Tampa about 2.5 hours. Further details
Enjoy cruising around the 'Ten Thousand Islands' or up to Naples for lunch at The Dock. Lastly, moor your boat on our dock (inquire with owner). Breathtaking Tigertail Beach is a short walk away and it has a cafe, boardwalks through the mangroves, a large children's playground and a small boat and cabana rental stand.

A 50% deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
