In a private, tranquil location. South facing 30 feet x 15 feet swimming pool, meaning you get the sun in pool area for most of the day. Often see a couple of deer grazing at the bottom of our garden when we are sitting out in the covered pool area having breakfast. Pool has underwater light for that romantic evening swim and can be heated (optional). Luxury pool furniture.

Accessibility
Villa may be suitable for elderly or someone with limited mobility as it has a downstairs toilet and walk in shower (although it does have a small step into the shower area and a small step over the main front door). Have had disabled people stay in villa and they thoroughly enjoyed it!

Coast/Beach
Approx 1 hour drive to beaches, either east or west. Go west to Gulf coast (St Petersburg, Clearwater, etc.) to find beautiful white, sandy beaches. Go east to Atlantic Ocean beaches (Daytona, Coco, Melbourne).
Golf
Many championship golf courses within a short drive from our villa. Local golf course (Kissimmee) about 10 minutes by car.
Special interest holidays
Horse ranch within 10 minutes drive from villa with excellent riding facilities.
Travel
Sanford International approx 1 hour.
Orlando International approx 30 minutes.
Car hire can be arranged and is strongly recommended to get best out of holiday.

Disney 20 mins. Seaworld 25 mins. Universal 30 mins. Busch Gardens 60 mins. Kennedy Space Centre 50 mins. 192 (for shops, restaurants, crazy golf) 10 mins.

3 Wal-Marts 5 to 10 min. Ponciana shopping centre with Publix Supermarket, Wal-Mart Superstore, Burger King, several eateries and library 5 min.
Historic Old Town with many specialist shops, evening entertainment, restaurants, pubs 10 mins.
No need to travel far to find something to suit everyone, whether it be shops, restaurants, premium outlets (for brand names at discounted prices), theme parks, nature, boat rides or golf. Whatever you want, you will find it within short drive from villa.
Booking notes
Villa will be secured whenever deposit (£100/US$200 per week) has been received (non refundable). This will be deducted from balance which is due 8 weeks prior to vacation. Full payment is required for bookings made within 8 weeks of commencement of vacation.
£200/US$350 security deposit required with balance (refunded after vacation provided no material loss or damage).
