The open plan family room then leads out from the patio doors onto the West facing Lanai and Pool area, recently installed a brand new 4 seater Jacuzzi spa, unwind and relax with a glass of bubbly watching the beautiful skies at dawn, a table and four chairs are available for your use, 2 sun loungers, inflatables and balls, enjoy dining outside in the warm Floridian sunshine watching the wildlife. Our pool has all day sunshine from 10 am until Sunset.

For beach life you can head either to the Gulf or Atlantic coasts an hour away to the many beautiful beaches Florida has on offer.
Golf
For the Golf fanatic there are two fantastic golf courses 10 minutes away, Championsgate and Southern Dunes.

We are conveniently Located just off Exit 55, Interstate 4 on Highway 27, nestled among orange groves in a very peaceful and private location on the Sunset Ridge gated community. The new Posner Park mall is just across from the Villa, with a variety of top class shops.
Disney and Universal are a short 10 minute drive from the Villa. For the Golf fanatic there are two fantastic golf courses 10 minutes away, Championsgate and Southern Dunes.
For your grocery shopping Publix is on highway 27, 5 minutes drive away, Walmart is also on Highway 27 10 minutes drive away. Berry town center has a selection of shops and restaurants also just off Highway 27.
For restaurants you will find a typical style English pub 5 minutes drive from the community, serving great drinks and food, inside or on their large patio terrace. Perkins Restaurant is just up from the Pub, you can grab Breakfast here before you head out to the parks. Cracker Barrel old country store is a short 5 Minute drive from the Villa, here you can also grab great food, and McDonalds is also a short 5 minute drive.

Booking notes
Booking deposit of £130 at time of booking.
Refundable security deposit of £150.
The balance of your rental cost is to be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival date. Where a booking is made within 30 days of arrival, payment in full must accompany the booking form, including the security deposit.
