If you are looking to rent a house on the beautiful Marco Island, then our relaxing and well equipped home could be exactly what you are looking for. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air conditioned house, which is in a great location. We are on a quiet street, but only one block away from the famous Marco Island beach (approx. 10 minutes walk to the public access point). We are also only about 5 minutes walk from a choice of 10 places to eat.

Notes on accommodation
The master bedroom has TV, VCR, telephone, hairdryer, and CD clock/radio. The second bedroom has a hairdryer and clock/radio. The 3rd bedroom has telephone, hairdryer and clock/radio.
The house is tiled throughout, other than the bedrooms, which are carpeted. In addition to the house being fully air conditioned, there are ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. There is also a fan on the outside terrace/dining area.

Outside
Our pool area is surrounded by lush palms, which makes it totally private, yet it has a wonderful Western exposure, and so enjoys lots of sunshine. The pool is approx. 28 feet by 12 feet, and is solar heated. Our terrace area has a table with seating for 6, and a gas barbeque - so you can fully enjoy the outdoor living. The rear of the house is fitted with an insect misting system called "Mistaway" which helps to control mosquitos and other flying insects.
Coast/Beach
The public access point to the famous Marco Island beach is only a ten minute walk away, or a very short drive to the public parking area.
Golf
There are various public and private golf courses in the area.
Travel
South West Florida International Airport (Fort Myers) - 1 hour. Miami International Airport 2 hours. Orlando International Airport approx 4 hours. Car hire is essential this would normally be collected at the airport, although car hire is available on the island.
Distances
Naples, with designer shops, department stores and the old town, and various other attractions approx 15 miles.
Everglade City, for airboat rides, museum, fishing, and various Everglades activities approx 20 miles. Outlet mall with Van Heusen, Liz Claiborne, and various others about 15 minutes drive, with a much larger outlet mall about 45 mins drive.
Further details
Marco Island has 3 main shopping centres, containing a wide range of specialist and general shops etc. There are approx 80 restaurants/bars on the island (10 places to eat within a five mins walk), covering most types of food, from fine dining to casual, including Japanese, Chinese, Austrian, French, German, Italian, Mexican, and of course all types of American (including the local cinema where your meals are served to you whilst you watch the film!).
There are many banks on the island, 3 supermarkets, boat rental, parks, and miles of beautiful canals.
Booking notes
20% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, the balance is payable in full 60 days before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance, and will be repaid within 45 days of departure, unless damages, breakages etc occur, in which case, they will be deducted. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.
