La Barra, considered to be the hippest most vibrant and active area of Punta del Este with great restaurants, bars, night clubs.
Also 20 minutes drive to the Peninsula (Downtown Punta) for designer shops, restaurants, bars and the famous Conrad Hotel and Casino.
Consider visiting Colonia 11/2 hrs away, Montevideo 2hrs away.
