A luxurious, 4 bedroom apartment located on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai with access to the beach and luxury beach club. The perfect location for all-year-round holidays, whether sight seeing or just relaxing and taking in the surroundings. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern features and services designed to make your stay on The Palm extraordinary. The kitchen has an American-style fridge/freezer, a Range cooker, a microwave, a dishwasher, coffee machine and a washing machine/tumble dryer. The living area has a large flat screen TV, Playstation and DVD player, and access to the balcony. The Master bedroom has a luxury ensuite bathroom and dressing room and access to the balcony. The three further bedrooms have a large double bed, bunk beds and large twin beds, respectively. All bed linen, bathroom and pools towels are supplied. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment will accommodate up to 8 people, although this should consist of a maximum of 6 adults.

A refundable damage deposit will be payable before arrival and can be refunded on confirmation of a satisfactory inspection of the apartment after check out.

Luxury beach club membership for four adult is included in the rental rate. Further passes can be purchased on a daily basis at the beach club. Prices as at Dec 2011: Adults are from 16 and above - 100AED on weekdays and 150AED on weekends Between 4 - 16 pay half price. 4 and below are free of charge. .

The nearby Dubai Marina is a hub of activity, with numerous indoor and outdoor restaurants for you to enjoy, as is the Marina Walk. When you are tired of eating, relaxing, shopping or skiing, you can try out one of the many championship golf courses, within a 15 minute ride.
