This really spacious 3 bedrooms + housemaid room apartment (233 Sq. Mtrs. = 2,500 sq. ft. Gross) on the Palm Island is located on the 5th floor above ground. One flight of stairs, or lift, down to private beach. The apartment itself has been beautifully furnished in a very modern way. Large dining table for 8 persons , beautiful leather sofa , and can accommodate max 8 Guests + 1 baby in the complimentary supplied baby cot. All 4 bedrooms enjoy luxurious en-suite bathrooms, ( bedrooms 3 & 4 share en-suite ), and there is a further, separate, guest’s w.c.
