Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | This modern, beautifully finished, two storey villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size four poster bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both also have king size and LCD TV and DVD Player. Bedroom 4 is furnished with two single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | There is a large family bathroom, plus an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom. There is a separate toilet downstairs. |
| Kitchen: | The fully fitted modern kitchen has a gas range cooker, combination microwave, fridge/freezer, water cooler, toaster and kettle. All the things you would expect and need are provided in the kitchen should you choose to prepare food at home in the villa. |
| Utility Room: | Washer, dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge/dining room is very spacious and airy with 13ft high ceilings. Furnishings include a very large leather sofa, Indian wood dining table that seats eight and a matching coffee table. A cabinet underneath the 42” plasma TV houses the satellite. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen and towels are provided. The villa is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. A mid stay is always included when staying for 14 nights. Additional maid services can be provided for a small additional charge. |

Notes on accommodation
Heated swimming pool - heating of the swimming pool is not included within our rental rates. For the majority of the year there is no need to have the pool heated. However, during the winter months (Nov – Feb) some guests prefer to heat the pool. There is an additional charge of £65 per week to have the pool heated. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated. Alternatively, you may pay locally our property manager 400 Dirhams. Please note - the pool would take three days to heat up from cold. Therefore, guests that would like to pool warm on arrival must inform us of this at least five days before arrival.
Accessibility
We have bedroom four downstairs which has two singles beds. There is also a toilet and washing facilities downstairs.
Outside
Through the patio doors leading off the lounge/dining room is the private landscaped garden and swimming pool. The swimming pool has spa water jets. The lush garden is comfortable with an outdoor dining table, umbrellas and sun loungers. Through the gate, leading off the garden you can gain access to the pathways that surround the lake and community. The path also leads to the communal swimming pools should you want to use them. At the front of Villa Gazelle there is shaded parking space enough for two cars.
Coast/Beach
20-30 minutes from the Jumeriah Beaches.
Golf
The development surrounds The Desert Golf Course, an 18 hole Championship golf course. 5 mins from the villa by car. We are also well positioned to all the wonderful golf courses in Dubai.
Skiing
20 minutes from the villa is The Mall of Emirates which has an impressive indoor ski slope! Yes you read it correctly. You are able to hire ski clothing and equipment and ski on real snow in Dubai. Sun and snow skiing on the same day!

Travel
Dubai International Airport approx 20-30 minutes from the villa.

To book with us complete our simple online booking form. Read and agree to our standard booking terms and conditions. A deposit of 20% of the booking fee is required as confirmation of the booking. The balance payment falls due eight weeks before your arrival. A refundable security deposit will also be required.

About the owner
We are the owners of Villa Gazelle - Dubai, Sarah and Ray Young. We live in Hertfordshire UK, and vacation ourselves a couple of times a year to our villa. We are blessed with three lovely children, Annabelle, Phoebe and William. The kids love being in Dubai and when it comes time to leave for home they (and us) never want to leave the lovely warm climate and the villa is home from home. Except in the UK we do not have our own swimming pool in the garden!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Dubai is just a brilliant location for a vacation. Always sunny and warm. This city continues to grow and will in a few years become the place to vacation on the planet. Dubailand the theme park to rival Disney will be amazing and our villa will be centrally located to make the most of Dubai City and all the planned theme parks and attractions.
Unique benefits of the property
Many of our guest choose say that the location of our villa is ideally located. Close enough to all the main areas of Dubai, whilst offering a retreat that is peaceful and quiet. They also say the private pool is a welcome addition.
