Xanudu is a fabulous 7000 sq.ft. Beach Villa with its own executive housekeeper and driver with 8 seater car. It is currently one of the only Signature Villas on The Palm available for short term holiday rental. Whilst the villa is self catering, breakfast is served daily. Xanadu is fitted out to 5 star hotel standards and offers you a most relaxing holiday environment. Unique features of Xanadu include: single Kayaks (2), Pool Table, Ping, Calaway and Masters golf club sets (3), bar, putting green, Wii, pool bar, swimming pool, private beach, satellite 42' TV (174 channels incl. 14 sports and movie), Wi Fi Laptop with web cam, printer, scanner, copier, fax, BBQ, Safe, and phone. Airport transfers: Our driver will provide one Dubai Airport arrival and departure transfer free of charge. The car accommodates maximum of 7 passengers. A further daily free trip is provided daily, Saturday to Thursday. The Housekeeper provides daily bedroom/bathroom cleaning and evening turndown service.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Stays of less than 5 nights incur a surcharge of £495. Breakfast is served daily at a charge of 32 Dirham (approximately £5.50) per person. Further dates, prices and details can be viewed on our own website (see link below). A refundable security deposit of £650 is required. Booking deposit is 25% of rental cost with the balance due 63 days prior to commencement date.

Xanadu is a truly magical beach villa situated on Frond F of The Palm Jumeirah Dubai (the unique man-made island built in the shape of a date palm tree) which is home to some of the world's most sought after luxury mansions. Dubai is world famous for its duty free shopping . You can shop in the Mall of The Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall or the new Dubai Mall ( the largest shopping centre in the world with almost 1,000 shops) each just 15 minutes away, where you will have a choice of 100's of modern international shops. You can also visit the Gold Souks, Gold and Diamond Park, and the Karama district for 'Designer' leather goods, bags and accessories. The Wild Wadi Waterpark is amazing. You can also visit The Atlantis Hotel just 2 minutes away. It has 17 bars and restaurants and its own waterpark and aquarium. Recently 2 new 5 star hotels have opened on the crescent surronding The Palm.

Security deposit: A refundable deposit of £650 per booking is required to cover breakages/shortages. Booking deposit of 25% is required when booking. The balance is due 63 days prior to arrival.
