The Dubai Arch Tower is a five star development with all the facilities of a luxury hotel. The 40 floor building sits in the middle of two lakes, surrounded by a Manhattan style skyline. Its position is in the center of the Jumeirah Lake Towers development, next to the Dubai Marina and is well located for all the major shopping malls and the Jumeirah beach. There will be a new monorail stop outside the building, which will link commuters to all shopping and business districts. The building contains shops, restaurants, indoor pool, sauna & health suite. Outside there are water sports available on the lakes, together with an outside pool. The studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of this luxurious new building looking towards Dubai city with views comparable to Manhattan. The apartment has all the modern facilities, together with an outside balcony and is furnished to a high standard.

Bedrooms: Although a studio apartment, the bedroom facilities include a comfortable double bed, which converts into a sofa for day time use. Ample storage space is provided by a large wardrobe and other storage units.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with bath tub and overhead "power shower", wash basin and toilet facilities. There is a mounted wall mirror and high quality fittings throughout.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with high quality work surfaces and units. Best range cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/ dryer. All utensils and smaller electrical items provided, together with crockery, cutlery and glassware. Tiled floor and splash backs.
Living Rooms: Good quality furniture comprising sofa bed, armchair, occasional table & wooden storage units. The floor is tiled with rugs in certain places. Fully air conditioned with cable TV / DVD player & internet connections. Breakfast bar with stools provided.
Other: Although this is a studio apartment, it provides all requirements for the highest standard of living. The balcony has superb views of the lake and contains seating for two, which can be seen through a huge wall of glass, sliding doors.

Dubai International Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive from the development. There will be a monorail station directly outside the building. Water buses available from the Dubai Marina.
There is a underground parking space allocated for the apartment.

5-10 minutes drive to Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Internet City, Media City, Dubai Marina, Wild Wadi Water park, Dubai Ski and Snow & the Burj Al Arab.
10-20 minutes drive to Jebal Ali, Gold & Diamond Soukes, City Centre Mall, World Trade Centre, Nad Al Sheba Racing & Dubai Autodrome.

Further details
Just across Sheik Zaid Road is the Dubai Marina, with a local supermarket, restaurants and hairdressing salon.
A short taxi journey will bring you to the Madinat Jumeirah, which boasts over 30 bars, restaurants and clubs.

Booking notes
Our rates are reasonable for this area, as such 50% of the amount will be payable in advance when booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 2 weeks prior to occupation. Payments must be made by direct bank transfer to our bank and further details will be given upon booking. All bank charges must be paid by the clients and not passed on to our bank. After confirmation of bookings there will be no refunds offered. Minimum stay of 3 nights and discounts considered for stays of over 2 weeks.
