Accessibility
There is a central entrance to the apartment block accessed by several steps. The accommodation is divided over 2 floors with the fully fitted kitchen / living area and shower room on one floor, with a marble staircase down to the 2 bedrooms and other bathroom on the lower floor.

Outside
The apartment is situated in beautiful landscaped gardens tended lovingly by the Complex Manager. The unique and spacious location of the Complex offers wonderful relaxing views The terrace, accessed through the patio door in the open plan kitchen/ living area, is equipped with patio table and 4 patio chairs. The terrace overlooks the pool, which is purely for the private use of the Complex. There are 4 sun loungers and umbrella available for holiday makers in the apartment to enjoy the sun by the pool.

Coast/Beach
The Complex is 3km from the golden beaches of Oludeniz and is easily accessed by a local bus (dolmus) which run frequently from outside the Complex, or by car. The local dolmus also runs to the beautiful harbour town of Fethiye which is about 5km from the Complex.

How to get there
Dalaman airport is about 45 minutes travel by car from the Complex. Transport can be arranged for holiday makers who choose not to opt for car hire.

Distances
A wide range of places are easily accessible to visit by local bus from the bus station, or by car, and include Salikent, the fashionable harbour town of Gocek, kalkan, kas, kavakoy, Patara and the popular beach of Calis to watch the sunset, as well as a number of small picturesque coves along the coast.

Further Details
There is easy access to local shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants on the high street in Ovacik and Hisaranu. There are a number of banks, cash machines and Change Offices in Fethiye and in most local resorts. Local shops in all resorts are open late into the night throughout the season. Fethiye boasts a labyrinth of shops to satisfy the most ardent of retail specialists plus a wide variety of bars and restaurants. A meal of fresh fish purchased from the Fish Market and cooked at one of the restaurants near by is a treat not to be missed or visit the fish market and cook your own at the apartment. Take the opportunity to visit one of the spectacular places of interest such as the ghost town of Kavakoy, the tombs in Fethiye or the Turtle Beach and the Mud Baths in Dalyan by water taxi.
