We hosted near 250 people in 64 groups from England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, India, Hungary, Holland, Spain, New Zealand, Belgium, USA, France, Canada, Germany, Morocco and South Africa. Zeki Pasha building is located in the fashionable 'La Rue Francaise' with its lively cafes and restaurants. It is ideally positioned to get the most out of this vibrant city. 'La Grande Rue de Pera' with its shops and boutiques is 5 minutes walk. The Bosphorus and Golden Horn is 10 minutes walk. Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are 10 minutes by tram. The surrounding quarter is also famous for its galleries, cinemas and theatres but it is probably as a gourmet magnet that it is most well known, from delicious food stalls to internationally acclaimed restaurants. There are regular sailings to the Princes' Islands famous for their beaches and where only horse drawn carriages and bicycles are allowed.

| Utility Room: | Ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner. |
| Living Rooms: | Sofa, table with 4 chairs, hifi, TV, VCR and coffee table. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided. Laundry service is available. Washing and ironing. 15 Euros per 6 kg. After a week we change the sheets on beds and towels. |

Gas fired central heating. For longer than 2 weeks rentals utilities charged at metred rate. Minimum stay 3 nights.

Hello Aydin, Thank you thank you thank you for our wonderful time in your lovely apartment in Istanbul. The homely atmosphere and modern facilities made our stay very comfortable indeed. The apartment is in a very interesting and lively area close to so many of the activities we needed to do while in Istanbul. You have a fabulous city and again we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of you and your family and the people of Istanbul generally. About the owner
Zeki Pasha, a top ranked general in the Ottoman Army, who died before World War I, who was my grand grand father, had left the building to his children. The building was home for our family for a long time. Now, the building is a great opportunity to meet people around the world. We have 3 apartments in the building to host people. Me and my wife were admen, 2 years ago decided to change our life, and quited our jobs. She had a course for baking and now she's baking cookies, brownies, muffins and etc. I'm still copy writing and designing beside the accommodation business. And delivering the cookies. We are helping each other for everything to build our new life. Me and my cousins renovated the building and are still working on it. Thanks God and over 220 people who has chosen us, we can.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I was born into this neighborhood. It was not an investment, it's my family heritage. In 2004, an investor has come to our street, bought, hired some buildings, made people come together, and they all together transformed the street into an entertainment area. Now we have cafes and restaurants around the street. It's colorful and lively now. On weekends hundreds of people visit our street, to have coffee, wine, to make some conversation and to be entertained. From our side, this street gives an exceptional Istanbul experience with us.

Istiklal Street, the most famous street in Istanbul with it's cafes, restaurants, drink houses, movie theaters, shops, bookstores, old style architecture, and people around the world, is in 5 minutes walking distance and near 24 hours alive. Besiktas, Dolmabahce, Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar. All destinations a tourist should visit, all in walking distance too.
If any property is not in our district, it cannot offer comfort about transportation and an atmosphere surrounds you with a great smell of history and heritages of empires.
