Located in a popular family area in Marmaris itself, close to the "Amphitheatre" and the weekly (Thursday) market, with many local bars and restaurants close by. Approx 15-20 minute walk to beach or the main harbour. Complete with fully tiled roof terrace with sun awning and sunbeds (gets the sun from sunrise to sunset). Use of pool at anfi restaurant/bar approx 100m away opposite the amphitheatre. 2 bedrooms sleep 4 people. Additional fold up bed in lounge can sleep one extra person if required. Balcony off lounge overlooks park. All local music from bars ceases by law at 12 midnight, to guarantee you a good nights sleep!

Balcony adjoining living room, separated by sliding patio doors, with pine table and 4 chairs. Can also be accessed by main bedroom door so as not to disturb any occupants in the lounge.
Towels and bedding provided, with enough spares to change yourselves to last 2 weeks. Maid service not included (visits after vacating property only) maid service can be arranged for during your stay if required at an additional cost of £35 per visit.

Not suitable for people with mobility needs as there is no lift to apartment, and access to block is down a set of 4 steps.
Set in gardens. Use of pool at anfi restaurant/bar approx 100m away-you will be made very welcome here!Sun loungers and table/chairs provided on the beautiful sun roof terrace, a lovely place to watch the sun go down over the pine clad mountains with a cold beer!
Important notes on accommodation
All rooms are fully air conditioned. Apartment/balcony suitable for children, but adult supervision is required if they are using roof terrace. Has safety rail but it is 3 storeys up and therefore is potentially dangerous.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Additional nights available at £40 extra per night.
Flexible - can be arranged to suit your flights and duration of stay (max stay 4 weeks). Apartment can be booked for 7-28 days not just for a week or fortnight! Particularly handy now that both Easyjet and Jet2 fly to Dalaman.
Booking deposit required, £50 (non-refundable if you cancel).
Balance of payment due 8 weeks before departure (or in full if departure less than this).
About the area
15-20 minutes walk to beach or main harbour, although local bus and taxi service within 100 metres from apartment. Marmaris harbour is famed for its shopping in the vast "Bazaar", with its hundreds of shops selling "Genuine Fake" designer labels, leather goods and jewelry. The beautiful promenade stretches right around the bay with its many bars and restaurants. A new "Kipa" supermarket owned by Tesco is approx 600 metres from apartment, which can be walked or accessed by a short taxi ride.
How to get there
Transfer time from Dalaman Airport is approximately 90 minutes to Marmaris. Our local managing agents can arrange this if required (the advantage of this is that the driver can give you the keys to the apartment). Cost is not included in apartment rental (please confirm additional cost when booking). Both Easyjet and Jet2 have commenced cheap flights to Dalaman.
Around 1.5km to main Marmaris Harbour and beach- can be walked, or accessed by taxi or "Dolmus" (local small buses), both of which are available within 100 metres of the apartment.
Marmaris has everything for everyone, from a quiet relaxing holiday to water sports and discos and bars - you choose!The people are very friendly and are the main reason why people return year after year. It is also still very reasonably priced for food and drink compared to other European destinations, thanks to the local currency of "Lira", which means that your £ goes a little further than in mainland Europe. Water sports, horse riding, Jeep or quad safaris, village tours, water slide parks(2), boat trips (including to Rhodes 1 hour away), fishing, diving etc are all available locally.

"Home from Home!"
Having visited Marmaris twice a year for the last few years and staying in various accommodation types, Hotels, Apartments, Apart Hotels etc... We Decided that we would like to try something different and went in search of private accommodation, we found this apartment and took a chance booking for 3 weeks without really knowing what to expect. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, this British owned apartment is like walking into any respectable Turkish home and you definitely can be forgiven for forgetting that you are only there for a short time, we really did feel like we lived there and fitted right in with the residents who are local Turkish families and greet you with a smile and hello when you pass in the communal areas. The apartment itself is large and provides so much more than any other holiday accommodation, the main bedroom is huge, light and airy and has a great king size bed, the second twin room is also airy and roomy and plenty of space there too. The bathroom has a good sized shower cubicle and for regular Turkey visitors you will be thrilled with the fact that there is constant hot water! something you have to rise very early to get in hotels, due to the solar heating most of them rely on. The kitchen and lounge have everything you need and the main factors for us were the full size fridge freezer and the washing machine that has a 15 minute wash and spin (more than enough for holiday clothes freshen up) which if you hang out upstairs on the huge roof terrace, can be taken back down within an hour completely dry! Talking of the roof terrace - We spent many a day lounging around on the sun loungers up there reading our books, we also enjoyed alfresco dining up there which is absolutely lovely and you really do feel like this is your home, couldn't be further from your standard holiday accommodation. We really cannot fault anything with this apartment and the moment we returned home, we booked 2 weeks in October and have already booked a whole month in May 2014! The Service received here in the UK from the both of the owners is top class, nothing is too much trouble and gives you complete peace of mind that you are being looked after even before you leave the UK.
