Villa Bellevue is a great place to relax and an ideal base to explore Kalkan and the surrounding area.

Villa Bellevue is ideal for couples and for families. The villa is quiet and private, and the facilities of Club Patara cater to all age ranges.
Outside
The large, curved veranda offers sun and shade for sunbathing or dining outdoors. It is quite large, and offers a panoramic view of Kalkan Harbour, the hills beyond, and the area of Club Patara. There is a barbecue on the varanda. Club Patara has 4 pools which guests can use; an adult pool, a main pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Kaputas, only 10 minutes to the east on the coastal road. The other nearby beach is Patara, about 20 minutes to the west.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman, about 1 hour 30 min away.

About the owner
My husband and I fell in love with Kalkan when we were there on our honeymoon in 1985 and we fell in love with it all over again when we viewed Villa Bellevue for the first time.
We live in Wembley, North London. Our work, our children, our lives are based in London, but increasingly our hearts are in Kalkan. We look forward to our trips out there, to swimming in the sea, strolling the streets of Kalkan, and to enjoying the views from our balcony.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought Villa Bellevue because of its location, its fantastic sea-views and because of the many facilities that Club Patara has to offer.
Club Patara is a well established resort with direct access to the sea. It has many facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, bars, a spa, a tennis court and a shop. However the villa is private and quiet. We do not have to see other people unless we choose to.
Unique benefits of the property
Villa Bellevue is only a short distance from the village of Kalkan. You can easily walk there, and there are road taxis and water taxis.
The villa is perfectly placed within the resort to get the best views of the sea and of Kalkan harbour.
We have experienced most of Kalkan's delights - its restaurants, shops, boat tours. We have also enjoyed visiting most of the interesting sites in the area. The area is full of historical and natural wonders, picturesque towns and village and beaches and harbour.
