Guests have privileges to use any of the Club Patara facilities including tennis courts, four swimming pools, health club, restaurants, bars and water sports. Villa Bellevue is a great place to relax, and an ideal base to explore Kalkan and the surrounding area.

The changeover day is flexible, although Monday is the usual day for changeovers.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom 1 is en-suite to Bedroom 1 with shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 has a shower and toilet. Bathroom 3 is a wc off the entry hall. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a cooker, oven, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table. The living room is finished in natural stone and features a traditional Turkish carpet as its centrepiece. The living room opens out to the large veranda. |

The villa will be cleaned weekly including change of towels and linens. |

Outside
The large, curved veranda offers sun and shade for sunbathing or dining outdoors. It is quite large, and offers a panoramic view of Kalkan Harbour, the hills beyond, and the area of Club Patara. There is a barbecue on the varanda. Club Patara has 4 pools which guests can use; an adult pool, a main pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool.
