We've nicknamed this small development 'Water's Edge', as its just that. The views out to sea are magnificent and from the moment you drive through the gated entrance in Kucukbuk, Gundogan, you will experience tranquility. Each of the 10 stone built villas have private gardens, but share a large free form swimming pool which has a feature waterfall cascading down rocks into the pool. If you prefer to swim in the sea, another attraction is the private bathing platform available for residents' use. This is reached by stone steps leading to the sea and would be ideal for mooring a small boat or dinghy. Use this holiday home as a base for exploring Bodrum town and many of the villages and towns around the Bodrum Peninsula. If you want a quiet day by the pool, so be it. However, at night, trendy Turkbuku is an 8-10 minute drive away along the coast road and where the high society/glitterati of Turkey come to party during July and August.

Accessibility
The villa has several steps to its main entrance and several more taking you to pool level. To access the private beach platform over the sea, a pathway with many steps takes you down to the beach.
Outside
Although the pool is shared, this is NOT a busy site and often only 2 or 3 villas are occupied. The villa has large private gardens both at ground level and another at upper level. A small first floor terrace is accessed off the landing area. The gardens surround the villa and offer plenty of space for children to play, or to relax on sun loungers.
Outside the kitchen door, to the side of the villa, is a paved patio area and BBQ.
To the front is a lovely terrace for dining/entertaining with magnificent sea views, of course.
The large shaped pool, with feature waterfall and communal gardens is down a few steps in front of the villa. The villas have been built in two rows at lower and upper leve, this one is set back at upper level. A parking area is at entrance level and, as its not a through road, the whole area is quiet and safe for children.
Outdoor dining furniture, sun loungers etc are provided with loungers and sunshades around the pool area for guest's use.
